- Characteristics Matrix A Characteristics Matrix is a technique for displaying a table of relationships between process parameters.
- Organization Chart An Organization Chart is an effective way to communicate the organizational structure of an enterprise and its employees. The concept can also be used to present other hierarchical data.
- Tree Diagram An Organization Chart is an effective way to communicate the organizational structure of an enterprise and its employees. The concept can also be used to present other hierarchical data.

Since the Weakness and Strength and be expressed on the X-axis, the relevance of the item can be plotted on the Y-axis together with a third dimension on the impact. This makes SWOT Analysis a very powerful tool for managers.
- Box Plot The Box Plot is a tool to quickly evaluate the distribution of data. The plot shows the Minimum, 1st Quartile, Median, 3rd Quartile and Maximum. Symmetry (or non symmetry) of data is also graphically evident from the plot. Box Plots may be shown vertically or horizontally.
